The souvenirs of the city of Virovitica showcase the culture and characteristics of our region in an urban style through engaging, simple illustrations. This concept originated with Anja Duršot, who gifted her original work to the City of Virovitica. Graphic designer Igor Barčanac processed the illustrations, Marina Mađarević wrote the accompanying texts, and Dubravka Sabolić verified all the information prior to printing. The souvenir set comprises four distinct designs, each with its own interesting story.

Ivana Molnar is a versatile artist from Virovitica, the organizer of various workshops and the author of the educational picture book “Lonely Lamp. Her work is easily recognizable – featuring unique, hand-painted decorative book-shaped boxes with motif of St. Roko Church, ethno-style boxes with mugs, wall clocks, magnets, keychains, and painted ashtrays, as well as miniature models of the Pejačević Castle , the Schubert Building, and the St. Roko Church, alongside her paintings.

Handmade products of Choco&pralinea are made of top quality chocolate with home-grown ingredients (hazelnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, figs…) and with local products such as butter, milk cream, honey and fruits. All products are preservative-free and without industrially obtained ingredients.

Grafoprojekt is a family-owned company that has been active in the graphic arts industry for over 30 years. Its product range includes, among other items, a cup with the motif of the Pejačević Castle, a magnet “Virovitica in the Heart”, a puzzle box and a wooden wall clock.

The City Museum’s “Wood Age” themed souvenirs are inspired by the exhibition of the same name. The tree was chosen as a theme because of its connection to a man, respectively because man is a creature who has always handled wood throughout history. The wooden age is an age that lasts forever. It continues today, when we are extremely aware of it, same as it will probably continue to be in the future, due to its ecological balance. Additionally, the motif of Pejačević Castle features prominently across the museum’s range of souvenirs, which includes everything from mugs, tote bags, notepads, coasters, pencils, magnets, soaps, and postcards of old Virovitica to books and various catalogues.

Harmund distillery is a combination of tradition and modern technology, with the goal of achieving top quality. Their products are completely natural with unforgettable flavors and aromas. The whole range of their products consists of fruit liqueurs and brandy, made of best locally grown fruits – pear, apricot, plum, cherry, walnut, raspberry, blackberry, aronia, currant, gooseberry, pomegranate and honey from their own hives. You can find exclusive packages in wooden boxes with engraved motif of Pejačević Castle, containing decorative bottles of cherry brandy, pear brandy Viljamovka and plum brandy Šljivovica.

Since 2014, the Maloča family business strives to be something that customers will recognise as the synonym of quality. They also offer scented candles in tins, as well as magnets featuring the Pejačević Castle and the fountain.

Since 2011 Family farm Špoljar grows pumpkins from which they produce pumpkin oil, which is offered to customers in several categories (cold pressed, unrefined 100% pure, and salad oil). They are known for their gift packs branded “Fo(u)r kings.” The story dates back to the era around World War II, when the family patriarch, Blaž Špoljar, began packaging seeds in small bags he named “Male Strength” – a fitting name, given the properties of pumpkin seeds. The “Fo(u)r kings” brand emerged from this four-generation legacy.

The owner of tailoring service Vlasta Despotovski, besides classic tailoring crafts, also is engaged in the production of unique souvenirs and ethno products; these include, among other items, handmade gingerbread-like heart made of fabric packed in a decorative box, keychains, bookmarks and magnets.

Creative association “Unikat” strives to preserve cultural heritage and tradition, as well as eco and ethno aspects in their handcrafts made from recycled materials. The association has about 30 members who make jewelry, various useful and decorative items. They offer hand-painted decorative bottles, glasses and small spirit glasses, mugs, umbrellas, and decorative boxes featuring the Pejačević Castle motif, as well as “Mikešica” necklaces, beaded necklaces, Virovitica angels, “licitar” hearts, paintings, magnets…

Their love of grapes, wine and wine production, family farm Terra Slavonia decided to turn into one of the most modern boutique wineries in Slavonia. The winery is organized according to the most modern standards and equipped with the best oenological technology. There is created the magic of wine production according to the special recipes. They produce limited lines of wine series called Apolitico.
